    Dear Customer,
  Action Disposal would like to welcome you to our company and let you know how much we appreciate being able to service you!  Our goal is to provide our customers with the best service possible at a reasonable rate.  You’ll find our employees will provide you with prompt dependable and courteous service.
     If you have any questions or concerns please call. Our office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F. If you need to call after hours please leave a message with you address and telephone number, and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
     To assure that your garbage is out on time for our trucks we ask that you have your cans or bags out by 6:00 a.m. on your pick up day.  Please note there is a $3.00/$5.00 charge to send a truck back out to get a missed pick up. 
      WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR CAN; the only can we will service and/or replace is our 90 gal. Toter can.  To avoid damage to your can do not put excess weight in it , especially in the winter months, when cold weather causes plastic cans to be more fragile, also bring your can back up to your house as soon as possible to avoid any wind damage. Our employees will set your can upright and treat it with respect; the rest is up to you! Also; if your pick up day falls on a Holiday Monday- Thursday you will be picked up early the next day,  A Monday holiday will not affect you if your pick up day is Tues. -Friday). Holidays that fall on Fridays, will be picked up on Thursdays. Please call ahead of time to check if you are unsure.
     You should find enclosed a copy of our service rules. We now collect for service in advance of starting. Thereafter, you will receive a postcard billing for the next quarter. Enclosed you will also find an Auto-Payment form; this is an optional payment plan. Return the enclosed Auto-Form to start automatic payments.
      If you have not paid your first quarter payment your bill is enclosed. Payments are due within thirty days or a $3.00 late charge will be added to your account.
